Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

This lucky draw campaign runs from the start of business until 11:59 PM GST on 21st March 2026 ("Campaign Period").

Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years and above
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Circle are not eligible to participate
• Participants must have a valid email address and contact number

How to Enter

• For every AED 1 spent on www.circledrops.co during the Campaign Period, customers will receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw
• Entries are automatically registered upon successful payment and order confirmation
• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible for entries
• There is no limit to the number of entries per customer

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• A 2-day staycation voucher at Pura Eco Retreat, Al Ain
• Total value capped at AED 2,000 (fair usage policy applies)
• Dates to be mutually agreed upon by Circle and the winner
• Voucher must be redeemed and stay completed by 30th April 2026
• Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers
• Any costs exceeding AED 2,000 are the responsibility of the winner
• Additional expenses including but not limited to transportation, meals not included in the package, and personal expenses are not covered

Runner-Up Prizes

Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:

• Discount vouchers and/or store credit as determined by Circle
• Vouchers are valid for use on www.circledrops.co only
• Expiry dates and terms will be communicated to winners individually
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash

Winner Selection and Announcement

• The lucky draw will be conducted on 23rd March 2026
• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected
• Circle's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding

Prize Redemption

• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and purchase
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
• Circle reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance

General Terms

• Circle reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and winners
• Circle reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity
• Circle is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
• Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities and agree to the use of their name and image for marketing purposes without additional compensation
• Circle accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants in connection with this promotion or prize acceptance
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Circle reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary
