Circle Return & Exchange Policy: Hassle-Free Shopping, Guaranteed.

At Circle, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to a straightforward and reliable post-purchase experience. Our policy is designed to be simple and sustainable, allowing us to continue providing exceptional value through our everyday low pricing.

I. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items initiated within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date and time of your order.

Conditions for a Full Return or Exchange (within 24 hours):

  1. Timeliness: The request must be submitted within the 24-hour window.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.

  3. Packaging: All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be fully intact and attached to the items.

Extended Exchange Option (Up to 7 Days)

If you miss the initial 24-hour window, you can still request an exchange for up to 7 days post-delivery, provided the item meets the Condition and Packaging requirements listed above.

Please Note:

Exchanges requested under this extended 7-day policy are subject to a non-refundable 25 AED fee (to cover delivery and restocking costs). The remaining balance will be issued exclusively as Store Credit.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Clearance Items: Products priced at 25 AED and below.

  • Damaged or Used Items: Items that have been stained, damaged, or used by the customer.

  • Final Sale Promotions: Items purchased under any specific "Final Sale" promotion.

  • Items with a 'No Return' Label: Products specifically marked as non-returnable (e.g., mystery boxes).

  • External Sales Channels: Items purchased through pop-up shops, third-party marketplaces, etc. (Please refer to Section IV for an important exception).

II. Return Process & Quality Assurance

Return Procedure:

  1. Initiation: Contact our Customer Service team or use our dedicated online portal to submit your request, citing the reason for the return, within the 24-hour window.

  2. Confirmation: Our team will contact you to confirm your request and log the return/exchange delivery. Please respond promptly; failure to respond to our follow-ups will result in the closure of the return request.

  3. Collection: Upon approval, we will arrange a collection date for your item.

  4. Quality Check (QC): Upon receipt at our warehouse, the item will undergo a mandatory Quality Check to ensure it meets all required conditions (unworn, unused, tags attached, no damage).

Processing Timeline:

  • If the item passes the QC, the refund or store credit will be processed and initiated within 5 working days from the date the item is received by our warehouse.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that fails the Quality Check. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

III. Refund Method & Fees

The method of your refund is based on your original payment method:

Original Payment Method

Refund Method for Standard Returns (within 24 hrs)

Credit/Debit Card

Refunded to the original bank account/card.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Choice of Store Credit or Bank Transfer refund.

Store Credit

Refunded back to your CircleDrops Store Credit account.

 

Specific Rule for External Sales Channels (e.g., Live Shopping Events):

For returns related to certain External Sales Channels, a specific policy applies to the refund method and fees:

  • A non-refundable Return Processing Fee of 25 AED will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • The remaining refund balance will be issued exclusively as Store Credit for future use on our website.
