Introducing Circle Coins — Shop. Earn. Redeem. Repeat.
Circle Coins are live - our own in-store currency that rewards you for shopping, and being part of the Circle community. Earn them across multiple ways, then convert them into store credit.
We've always believed that being part of Circle should feel rewarding - not just in what you find, but in how it feels to come back. Circle Coins are our way of making every interaction count.
What are Circle Coins?
Circle Coins (🪙) are Circle's in-store currency. Earn them through shopping, rewards, and more - then head to the Rewards page to convert them into store credit, which you can spend on anything on the site.
No complicated math. Just earn, redeem, repeat.
How do you earn them?
There are multiple ways coins can land in your account - and we'll be adding more over time:

Orders - Earn coins on qualifying orders and during special campaign windows. When coins are active on an order, every AED you spend on items counts. We'll always flag when a coin moment is live.

Spin the Wheel - The daily Circle Rewards wheel includes coins as a prize. One spin a day, every day.

Promotions and competitions - Take part in our social media competitions or offline promotional campaigns.

More ways coming - Seasonal drops, milestones, and surprise bonuses are all in the works.
Your coins show up as pending right after they're earned, then move to your available balance shortly after. You'll see available coins in your account at all times.
How do you redeem them?
Head to the Rewards page and under the Coins section, tap Redeem Now. You'll see a set of packages - each one converts a certain number of coins into store credit. Pick the one that works for you, confirm, and the store credit lands in your account instantly. From there, it applies automatically at checkout like any other balance.
A few things worth knowing:

Minimum redemption is 500 coins - easy to hit once you start earning across multiple ways.

Coins expire after 90 days, so there's always a reason to stay active. We'll remind you well before they do.

Your rate is always shown clearly before you redeem - so there's never a surprise.
